Florida Brown Basilisk Lizard

Today I had another friendly meeting with an unfamiliar Florida resident reptile, a baby / teenage Brown Basilisk lizard. It was the second time I have seen one of these lovely creatures and they are fast runners. it seemed very intelligent as well as it stared at me straight in the eyes before running off on his hind legs as I inched closer to photograph him. Which is impossible without zoom. He lives by East Commercial and I’ll try again to capture a picture of him. In the meantime here’s some photos others have taken.
Spotted Indian Starlings or Common Mynas

This is the second time I’ve gone two Publix and attempted to catch a picture of this bird which I believe could be an Indian Starling or a Common Myna. Unfortunately they are quick, and seem rather intelligent and they make it rather difficult to take a photo of them.
