Facebook Version of Windows Blue Screen? Does this mean that at 11:17PM NO ONE can get into FB?

Facebook can say the site is in “Maintenance Mode” all they want but we all know the “Blue Screen of Death” way too well.”

Does this mean NO ONE can get into facebook?!
