My Goal Is To Lose 30 Lbs by December. Here's How I Plan To Do It ·

That’s what my doc’s keep recommending to me.
Today i kill anything with more than 25 grams of carbs and I’m going to work my ass off because apparently my fav day is FRIDAY according to a diet chart.
If I just add a little exercise I should be now able to reduce my caloric intake by a lot meaning come Dec I should, if I account properly, be 30 lbs less -it’s just going to take a work.
Here’s My Plan:
7 Days of walking minimum 30 min somewhere, outside, mall, going to grocery store, etc
Breakfast: Latte + peanut granola bar (23 gb carbs)
Brunch: Nuts!
Lunch: Turkey Sandwhich, maybe some berries of 1/2 banana and Diet Mt Dew
Lun Snack: Nuts!!
Dinner: Grilled Salmon/Chicken/Tuna with Salad
Dinner snack: Nuts!!!
3 Days a Week:
Protein Shake then:
Walk + Run 30 Min
Then 40 Minutes of Super Sets (3+ Intense non-stop pushups, leglifts, squats, shoulders think Richard Simmons on drugs. None of this is being done for weight lifting instead I’m just aiming to cut)
2 Days a Week when not doing the stuff above:
Tennis/Swimming/Some Activitity
This is my plan.
188 lbs right now.
The goal is to get back to 158 lbs in the healthiest lifestyle way possible and in many cases, becoming more green!
