Motion Graphics with Photoshop

I’m working on a biking site that will require some movement and remembered that someone a while back ago had mentioned to me that Photoshop exports out Video files. With the advent of Adobe purchasing Macromedia so many years ago they now even let you export straight to FLV’s. I’ll be producing my first ever Motion Graphics files using Photoshop rather than using After Effects or other software just so see how much I can push the graphics envelope.
