Spotted Indian Starlings or Common Mynas

This is the second time I’ve gone two Publix and attempted to catch a picture of these two birds which I believe are either Indian Starlings or Common Mynas. The beak was a bright yellow orange and it’s tuft of feathers on it’s breast seemed soft brown. Rathen than walking normally it seemed to be skipping or hopping. Though I think it may be injured. Unfortunately they are quick, and seem rather intelligent so every time I tried to get close to take a picture they would quickly scoot away. I’ll attempt to take a snapshop again tomorrow but below are some pics from Wikipedia.
